AntFlow — Colony Task Management
Spreadsheets in, living colony out. AntFlow turns CSV and Excel files into decay-aware datasets that sync in realtime across web and mobile, with every toggle and edit captured in a full audit trail.

- Pheromone-decay checkboxes — Tag any column as a recurring task. Cells fade on their own schedule so stale work surfaces itself automatically.
- Multi-dataset ingest — Drop in CSV or XLSX files, or seed a substrate by hand. Run several living datasets side-by-side in one colony.
- Cross-table formulas — IMPORTRANGE, LOOKUP, array and formula columns (IF/IFS/SWITCH, arithmetic, string, date) compute themselves from neighbouring datasets.
- Substrate Map — Visualise every relation between datasets as a navigable graph — see exactly how the colony is wired together.
- Saved Formations — Bottle up any filter and sort combination as a Formation, then re-summon it from a dropdown or share the filtered URL.
- Role-based access — Queen, Soldier, Worker and Scout roles enforce who can administrate, edit, toggle or just observe. Invite teammates over Clerk SSO.
- Realtime sync + offline queue — Updates stream live across every open client. Lose your connection and your mutations queue up locally, replaying the moment you're back online.
- Mobile companion — The Expo-based AntFlow Mobile app keeps a read-only mirror of the colony on your phone, polling on a schedule for in-the-field check-ins.
- Full XLSX export — Export the entire colony — every column kind plus a Column Definitions sheet — for backup, recovery, or sharing with the spreadsheet crowd.
